Commission splits grow with productivity. Splits increase up to 80% and are guaranteed for the next FULL year. Our top agents are provided private offices at no cost based on availability. In order to provide the many agent benefits with no fees, each agent is responsible to meet the annual production requirement (typically achieved 2-3 home sales). We also offer a 95% split with a competitive office fee, which may be preferred by agents exceeding $3 million in annual sales.
